These bowls are perfect for a slow morning (especially when the temperatures are high). This is one of my favorite acai bowls because the coconut meat adds such a nice body to the smoothie… plus all the toppings just make it a ton of fun!
Coconut Acai Bowls
Servings: 2 servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 2 frozen bananas
- ½ cup frozen coconut meat
- 2 tbsp acai powder
- 2 servings vanilla protein powder
Toppings
- ½ pear - sliced
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp probiotic coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp pepitas
- 2 tbsp muesli
Instructions
- Blend all of the ingredients until smooth & divide between 2 bowls. Top with fruit, nuts, etc
