Coconut Acai Bowls

These bowls are perfect for a slow morning (especially when the temperatures are high). This is one of my favorite acai bowls because the coconut meat adds such a nice body to the smoothie… plus all the toppings just make it a ton of fun!

Coconut Acai Bowls

Course: Breakfast
Servings: 2 servings


  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ½ cup frozen coconut meat
  • 2 tbsp acai powder
  • 2 servings vanilla protein powder


  • ½ pear - sliced
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp probiotic coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp pepitas
  • 2 tbsp muesli


  • Blend all of the ingredients until smooth & divide between 2 bowls. Top with fruit, nuts, etc
