Crunchy Avocado Toast

Avocado toast is great for any morning, whether it’s a quick weekday bite or a Sunday morning with your whole family. For this variation of avocado toast, the cucumber and radishes bring an added crunch to offset the creamy, rich avo.

Crunchy Avocado Toast

Servings: 1 servings


  • 2 slices toast
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 radishes
  • ¼ tsp sesame seeds
  • ¼ tsp poppy seeds
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp nutritional yeast


  • Smash the avocado & mix it with the lime juice. Cut the cucumber and radishes into thin slices (as thin as you can get them). Spread the avocado mixture on the toast, then layer the cucumber and radish slices on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, salt, pepper and nutritional yeast. Cut each slice in half. Serve with a side salad,
