Carrot Cake Oats

Getting excited for fall with some carrot cake porridge! A bowl of warm comforting goodness topped with crunchy nuts and gooey figs. A breakfast that tastes like dessert … yes plz.

Carrot Cake Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 carrot - grated
  • ½ cup soy milk
  • ½ ripe banana - sliced
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp coconut butter

Toppings

  • 2 fresh figs - halved
  • 1 tbsp mixed nuts
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp dried cranberries

Instructions

  • Mix all of the oat ingredients together and microwave for 2 minutes. Add toppings and enjoy!
