Pizza is always a good idea. 😛 Especially when it only takes 15 min to make.

15 Minute Tapenade Pizza

Servings: 1 serving


  • 1 whole wheat wrap
  • ¼ cup pizza sauce
  • 3 tbsp vegan parmesan
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes – sliced into rounds
  • 3 tbsp olive tapenade
  • 1 vegan sausage – cut into rounds


  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Lay the wrap on an oiled baking sheet. Spread the pizza sauce evenly on the wrap (less if you want it very crispy, more if you like it saucier), then sprinkle veg cheese. Add the tapenade, tomatoes and veg sausage. Bake for 10 minutes. Done!
