pixie bowl

This smoothie bowl is seriously the easiest thing to throw together before work. You don’t even have to fuss about the proportions, if you add to much yogurt or berries.. it’ll still taste amazing.

Pixie Bowl

Course: Breakfast
Servings: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain cashew yogurt
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp acai powder

Toppings

  • fresh figs
  • coconut flakes
  • pine nuts

Instructions

  • Simply blend all of the ingredient for 1 minute in a high speed blender. Transfer to a bowl & add toppings!
