Creamy Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup vanilla soy yogurt
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries

Toppings

  • raspberries
  • chopped pistachios
  • coconut flakes

Instructions

  • In a mason jar, combine all of the ingredients, give it a good shake and let it sit overnight. 
  • In the morning, top with fresh berries & nuts or anything you fancy 🙂
