The Simplest Kale Smoothie

Servings: 1 smoothie


  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp raw cashews


  • Blend everything in a high powered blender until smooth. Drink up!
